  So, we had an online order made. I get there, and I literally stood at the counter for like 15 mins... the guy working completely ignored me. I asked a couple times for the guy to please let me know if my order was ready.. but he ignored me. The lady working behind him was of no help either. I FINALLY caught a different guy and asked if 'so and so's order is ready and he was like "Oh, yeah.. it's ready" .. Seriously? I had to wait over 25-30 mins for my now luke warm food?? Then, I went to fill my drink, and NONE of the drink fountains worked, despite the machine making a running noise a few minutes prior.. so I had to wait to catch someone AGAIN. It literally took the guy 4-5 mins JUST to fill a cup with soda. Horrible customer service! Don't think me and my family will go back. Plus, they look at you occasionally with dirty glances, as if we have no right to be upset with bad consumer service, or problems with food. Plus, they prioritized the drive thru orders, because a lady came in with a meal mistake, and they immediately tended to her, while ignoring the rest of us.

  Got my munch today and wow was I surprised!! A piece of WOOD in my burrito. Anyways still got some respect for the place tho since it worked as battery acid. GOT SOME WEIRD LOOKS THO. And going to have to give minus marks for not giving me soy sauce when I asked for it. Ps the cheese does not work for shampoo (I learned the hard way) Thanks Taco Bell I had a great time and going to bring my children next time since I seen some people building ball pit out of brown tacos. Thanks again. (Don’t use the cheese as shampoo)

  Does the manager make the tacos here? My baja blast was mostly ice, thinnest tacos possible.

  Since all franchised Taco Bell locations have eliminated breakfast from their menu and only a handful of corporate stores offer breakfast. I traveled 5 miles to patronage this location since I was craving their toasted breakfast burritos. I always preorder through the app to save time and avoid using the in store kiosk. It was not very busy and nobody was attending the front counter so I had to shout out to get some help. My order was ready when I arrived so there was no issues. I honestly believe that the employees lack training and they are short staffed since they display a help wanted sign. Overall I had a good experience and maybe because it was not busy.
