I don't understand why they couldn't take a fraction of a second and double check the order since it took so long anyway. Burger looked and smelled absolutely disgusting. I will not be going back. It's a ripoff you're paying money and they just give you whatever food they feel like.

The pickle menu wasn't visible, so we asked if they still had the pickle items and was told no. I looked online and saw the items on the menu so I used that to determine my order. The young lady came back on the speaker and I ordered the pickle fries and the pickle burger, but was brought out the wrong fries. The young lady that took the order and brought out my items was SO RUDE! And she made it seem as though it was an inconvenience to bring me out the correct fries. The burger was lacking, got cold very fast, and was quickly thrown together. Not very much ice in my cup and quickly melted, so my drink was warm within a few minutes. My husband was trying to use the card slot and it wasn't reading the card properly and made his card freeze. He asked the young lady how to pay and she snapped and said, "With me!"... The absolute WORST customer service. I will never visit this location again.
