This store didn’t get the memo. There is only one check stand open with a cashier who is rude while ignoring the customer and holding personal conversations with the 2 or 3 other cashiers standing around doing nothing. When you try to get them to focus on actually working they treat you as if you’re an idiot and talk extremely disrespectful. This isn’t just one or two times it has been every time at this store. Maybe new management is needed. Maybe some more training. Maybe some consequences for poor customer service. Do better.
- BTB TOct 5, 20254.0I love this Safeway, and the staff is great, but they HAVE to do something about people parking in the drive up & go spaces while they grocery shop. Every single weekend, 4-5 of the 6 spaces have no people in the cars because they're inside doing their regular shopping for extended periods. I'm here now, and 4 of the spots are taken by people who aren't picking up orders, and there have been days where there are no spots at all, and online customers have to idle around in the lot and try to explain to the staff where to find us with our orders. They need parking enforcement asap, especially on weekends- make it a tow away if needed because people will eventually stop placing orders here since it's such a pain.
