    The doors were locked 3 hours before closing, another customer opened it for us, and they told us that we could not eat inside because they were closing, despite the signs saying they had hours before closing.

    I redeemed points for a sausage/egg McMuffin. My order was cancelled, with no explanation why. Employees at restaurant had no explanation. They just looked at my phone verified that I was at the correct location, and that I had indeed placed the order. They said we don't know what the problem is, and proceeded to go back to work. I stood there for 5 minutes, no one ever offered an explanation, or attempted to solve the problem. They just acted like I wasn't even there, completely ignored me. After 5 minutes it became apparent that nobody cared, and they were not going to help me, so I left. It was very odd, they had no solution so they just ignored me. That's the type of customer service we get nowadays. Nobody actually does the job they are paid to do. As long as they show up, they get paid, regardless of job performance. Sad that this is the norm now.
