I called them to ask if they could change the delivery to the next day because we were closing and my delivery was too late. They said no, I'd have to contact Uber or Door Dash. They tried delivering at almost 8pm at night. #1, even if at my home, that is too late. I go to bed early because I get up at 3:30am. The driver cancelled my order because the business was closed, obviously. I then called this morning to ask if they could deliver my order today and again was told I'd have to call Uber or Door Dash. WHY IS IT MY RESPONSIBILITY to hunt down whoever is supposed to deliver my items when I ordered thru ALBERTSONS. I didn't order thru Door Dash or Uber. Albertsons should be responsible for my delivery and if something is wrong, ALBERTSONS should be handling it, not the consumer. Now, I can't even get my money back because the Manager won't be there until tomorrow so now you stole $113 of my hard earned money for 2-3 days and can't get it back until a "manager" can refund it?? I'm sorry but there are other grocery stores that will deliver to me, so I will use them instead.

I was excited about getting some fresh fish at the counter when the girl that approached me had, and this is no exaggeration, the darkest energy I have felt in a long time. I said, how are you? She said, what do you want? She didn't smile. She just stood there and I took a minute to contemplate the best way to proceed and I said, don't bother. And I walked away. We live in delicate times, when how we treat another person matters above all else. Listen, if you don't want to work in customer service and you don't want to smile, don't take the job. It is not our job to make you feel good about yours. Tonight you lost a customer and you know exactly why, and that is why we will keep going down the hill to Barons where this would never, ever have happened.
