Payed +$1.19 for this for them to give me an asiago bagle 🫤, still good, but not what I ordered. Made it to work and noticed two bites in, by then it was too late. Also, the gent at the front counter was not very friendly with me, but was all smiles with the older people inside, but no smiles for me 😒. Anyways, it all just put a meh mood on my breakfast. Usually they are pretty good, perhaps the employees were just having an off day.

Parking is easy, location is convenient. It’s straightforward and reliable. Service has gone downhill at this location. On a few occasions, the staff seemed annoyed that I was even ordering here.

After having an allergic reaction from their bagels being misrepresented as dairy free- I politely informed the store manager of the error/trouble/misrepresentation. I was told to call at 5am if I want my dairy-free bagel to be dairy-free. So I called at 5am to get a dairy-free bagel and found it came with cheese on it. They are seemingly proud of their misrepresentation and cross-contamination processes. I will not be back.
