- SDSergio DelgadilloNov 27, 20251.0I returned some green beans I had mold all over them that I bought the day before Thanksgiving went back to return them I asked to speak to the manager they pointed him out when I walked over to let him know that the green beets have an old all over them ( he told me what do you want me to do you want your money back I'll give you your money back) He was so extremely rude it blew me away of the customer service that he had his name is Alex I started to get loud to tell him you don't speak to me that way when he called the police on me another manager intervened and told him to hang up the phone I spoke to the other manager that intervened we walked over to the green beans and they were full of mold he instructed someone to remove the green beans he gave me a free bag of green beans it's not the free bag of green beans it's the customer service that people have that threaten you and call the police on you because you're letting them know they're green beans are rotten unacceptable literally unacceptable This manager needs to be dealt with I don't know the name of the second manager who was extremely professional Customers beware we are paying high prices for food and to be sold molded food I understand it was just something that slipped her eye but to be told that they're going to call the cops on you it made me get very loud in the store until that everybody know that they're selling rocking food
