I'm used to ordering from pollo loco and are normally satisfied and happy with my order however this particular location hardly gives you any chicken. I ordered the double chicken and paid for it for a reason and this definitely didn't look like double chicken.

So, I said, “Isn’t it just 3 chicken legs, and you don’t have that?” She politely apologized and said, “Sorry, we don’t have any.” I was surprised AND disappointed at the same time. Reason for my review: I’m afraid that episodes like this are going to make you go out of business. You may want to review your product availability. I really want to see El Pollo Loco succeed, since I love your flame-broiled chicken, but if you don’t have 3 chicken legs available at 9pm, your business model is in real trouble…😐 PS: I also gave you only 4 stars for the food because your chicken portions are getting gradually smaller…or anemic, as one of my good friends describes it…🫣 I really hope someone from EPL reads this, takes it to heart, and makes improvements so that you can stay in business, and your loyal customers like me can continue to enjoy your delicious chicken…😋 Amen.
