  Taco Bell got rid of strawberry lemonade and all they have is the strawberry freeze which tastes like cough syrup, and regular lemonade. And then they have these stupid agua frescas which have tea as a base and that's gross, nobody wants to drink that. You need to get rid of those and bring back the strawberry lemonade. Also they make it so you have to use the kiosk to order even though there's plenty of people behind the counter happy to take your order. Not everybody wants to use a kiosk to order. Get it together, Taco Bell.

  I placed my Drive-Thru order on the mobile app before a chore run, well ahead of time, as I have done for years, at 6:21pm. I pulled up around 7:01pm and was handed my order immediately. A little confused, I shrugged it off though soon realized my food was cold and soggy. I noticed on the bag that it was ready for pickup at 6:27pm, well before I was there. Upon returning to inquire, I was told that you cannot specify a time for Drive-Thru, and had to argue/insist that it's Taco Bell policy to not start making the order until the name is given at the Drive-Thru. I had checked the website before leaving, so it felt extremely disrespectful to be argued with around the matter because they didn't want to admit the mistake. They finally gave in and remade my order as they should. I understand trying to get ahead of orders, but you shouldn't break policy to do so or this kind of thing can happen. The situation was appropriately remediated and I feel bad if I stressed anyone out (thus the 4-star), thank you.

  Dear Taco Bell Management, I am writing to report a serious customer service issue at the Albany Taco Bell location. On Monday, January 12, 2026, at around 10:00 PM, I placed an order and was helped by a female cashier. This was the second time I experienced very rude and disrespectful behavior from the same employee. The way she spoke to me was not acceptable and not professional. She spoke to me in a rude tone, acted impatient, and treated me poorly as a customer. This behavior makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If an employee is tired or unhappy with their job, that should not be taken out on customers. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she told me, “I am the supervisor.” I am not sure if this is true, but if she is a supervisor, this behavior is even more concerning. This is not good for customers and not good for business. I believe this employee needs proper customer service training so she understands how to speak respectfully to all customers. If this happens again, I will file a formal complaint through corporate channels. I hope management will take this seriously and address the issue to improve service at this location.
