I hosted an event for 100 people and decided to try Lulu’s for catering and it was the best experience ever! Mona was absolutely wonderful in booking and setting everything up. The food arrived on time and was fresh and warm! Everyone was raving about the food and barely any leftovers were left :) highly recommend the Mac n cheese zaatar it was so good!!! Will definitely come again for dinner next time

Did not care for the sauces, but the lemony lettuce leaves was very good.

We had the worst possible experience at my wife's birthday brunch on Sunday. The wrap (roti) was so tough that you could not tear it by hand. The chicken and the lamb were so dry that they were crispy on the outside and difficult to chew. These were overcooked or reheated items that we spent $64 on. This was a disappointment and an abomination. When we asked to see the kitchen manager, we were met with a curt 'I'll let them know. I'll let you decide if you want to patronize such a place.

Yesterday we walked in right when it opened at 11:30. We ordered the lamb bowl, the chicken kebab wrap and an Ahmad Palmer and a lemonade. Before heading to a table with our number, we do not remember being directed to pick up silverware, water, or packaged eating utensils to eat with.
When the wrap arrived, the edge of the roti wrap was so dry and leathery, I removed the first bite from my mouth. I tore off the dry roti portion from the wrap to get to an edible, bite-able portion, probably lost about two bites-worth of roti. Got about five good bites (the chili crisp was great). Got towards the end of the wrap, more of the same dry leather, but now all the roasted chicken grease has slid down the wrap, pooled at the bottom. Now the wrap is greasy shoe leather! Was this a roti from yesterday? We had walked in right as it opened for the day. I wondered if it were yesterday's chicken too, since the crispy edges of the roasted kebab meat were on the burnt side, like it had been reheated but reheated too long.
I told a food runner, the roti was very dry. Was it yesterday's roti? She said, I'll let them know. I said also the chicken had burnt, over-roasted edges. She said, "I'll let them know."
I'll let you know too. Beautiful curtains and wallpaper won't keep customers returning. Basics like napkins, utensils, being directed to where the water is, and most importantly, edible food will. Good luck, Lulu's chef and owners!
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, through different locations, and it’s always been a place I’ve genuinely loved. It was my first choice for catching up with friends, and the place I couldn’t wait to bring visiting family and friends.
I was at brunch today with two of my friends, when we were curtly asked by one of your staff to free our table, pointing to some waiting customers they brought next to our table. I was mortified, we were still mid-visit: tea cups half full, we’d barely finished our meal, and we were literally talking about what to get to go for our spouses at home. It caught us off guard and honestly left a bad taste after an otherwise lovely meal.
I know busy service days are hard. I’m also aware that the restaurant has been through a string of changes and some bad luck. But this is no way to treat customers.
Personally, I won’t be coming back. I know the taste of your dishes by heart, and perhaps it’s time for me to explore the many other options available in the area. A shame. But maybe this feedback will help you in the future.
