Ever since HTB was established in 1986, we wanted to redefine "fast food" and deliver a better burrito experience. At 21, Founder Greg Maples served the kind of food you might whip up in your kitchen. But, he did it fast! The locals LOVED the fresh flavors as well as the hand-crafted, customized food. As the awards piled up, the lines stacked up! We quickly learned there was a real "hunger" (pun intended!) for a better burrito! If you think after twenty-five plus years, we'd rest on our laurels, think again: We've retained the same energy, enthusiasm and commitment that made us a pioneer in the healthy eating movement. We promise to provide a warm, welcoming place where you can eat full-flavored, fresh, local and healthy food.

This place holds such a special spot in our hearts. My late husband first brought us here years ago, and coming back was a beautiful wave of nostalgia. It felt like honoring a memory that means so much to us. And Kevin, he’s been there for years and is the definition of loyalty and exceptional customer service. His kindness, consistency, and warm personality make the experience even more special. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares the way he does. The burritos are just as delicious as we remembered, absolutely worth the drive!Thank you for keeping the spirit (and the flavor!) alive.
