But for the most part they do a good job. Delivery service though is a joke. Portions of rice/beans/cheese are barely there. Half the usual meet covered by a mountain of lettuce. And when you ask for no lettuce, you can see that the bowl doesn't even come up half way. -1 star due to delivery issues.

Order accuracy, food handling, and overall store readiness did not meet standard expectations.
- DLDa LiNov 11, 20252.0I used the BOGO on Veterans day as a US Army veteran. Instead of 2 bowls, I got 1.4 bowls at the most. When paying, I showed my CA DL with Veteran designation, and I was asked to show a military ID. The tone wasn't welcome. I explained that military IDs are mostly for active duty, reverse, national guard and retirees, but the response I got was "I don't need to know your units.". I didn't tell him about my units. But the 2 stars is I did get buy one get 0.4 for free. Thanks. lol
