VERY DISGUSTING! I NEVER WROTE A REVIEW BEFORE & I hate to start a review with this but I never seen something like that before especially when you have food& beverage quality control.
I came in on Monday 08/11/2025 afternoon to order for a take out. There were 2 people making orders + a cashier (which was great). The nasty part were 3 ppl making the dishes supposably. One of those was a LADY (blonde hair) she was eating from a cup right where they making food, then she proceeded to STICK her finger in an avocado plate or bowl whatever that they used for customer and LICKED her finger yall!!!! She was wearing gloves and still licked her finger and didn’t change it!!!!!! I was there watching the whole time in an ewwww moment.
There was another guy (older) with glasses that seemed to be a manger lcuz he wasn’t doing anything just standing there with her, he didn’t mind that behaviour.
If team members are on break it’s fine but sitting and talk over food, eat and lick write from the serving bowls is very disgusting. I walked write out.
Please someone revisit that location (5th st Alameda) and go over health the regulation of handling food & beverage.

Came in to order a bowl and received the most highly unprofessional customer service. Asked for extra steak and the older Mexican guy gave us attitude fpr asking for extra stuff. He then throws our bowl away to make a new one. Not sure why we just wanted extra steak. Then as we are leaving he yells out expletives towards us. This location is mostly friendly but that older Mexican guy is a nuisance. They most unprofessional customer service ever

I have tried to give this location so many chances but every time I am disappointed with their lack of customer service, availability of food and properly getting an order correct. I did a mobile order pick up and ordered a salad and burrito. My salad had the green salsa in it (I didn’t request it) and NO vinaigrette, this isn’t the first time either, it stated on my pickup receipt the vinaigrette as the salad always comes with it and yet they would not give me any because they started cleaning up all their ingredients way early so alas I didn’t get the most tasteful component of the salad and makes it a SALAD. The burrito had no corn salsa or cheese, which these were things I requested on my salad and received it do I don’t know what’s going on over there but many times I have gone in there and ingredients are cleaned up hours before closing leaving the customers dissatisfied and upset. Even heard one of the girls in the back say in Spanish (just tell them we don’t have it) like seriously? They care more about getting things cleaned up than satisfying the customer. This location needs to do better cause I go to the Oakland location and they close around the same time and still have all ingredients available no matter how busy or not busy they are. But this location was busy and I’m sure many customers were upset to find out this crew just doesn’t care to have ingredients available until closing. Waste of my money, my time and my patience.
