- JPJasmine PJan 19, 20261.0I called ahead to ask whether, if I purchased a triple scoop, I could receive two little cups on the side. The very kind gentleman I spoke with on the phone said he could accommodate this one time. When I arrived at the store, the middle aged Hispanic woman at the front with glasses (she said she was in charge I believe her name is Ortisia) told me she was going to charge me for the extra cups. I explained that I had called beforehand and was told it would be okay, but she said it didn’t matter because she was in charge. She then asked why I didn’t just buy three single scoops instead, which felt unnecessary and dismissive. I told her that if I hadn’t called ahead, I would understand being charged, but since I was given different information before coming in, it didn’t make sense for it to change upon arrival. Her response was, “You can just pay the 10 cents each cup, it’s not that big of a deal.” The issue wasn’t the cost — it was her extremely rude, degrading, and unprofessional attitude. What should have been a simple and enjoyable visit became unnecessarily stressful. I rarely leave reviews, but this interaction left me feeling unsettled and very disappointed.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
