I usually go through the drive-thru since I order family meals to take home, but this time I decided to go inside and I’m glad I did! It gave me the opportunity to meet some of the best employees any business could hope to have. Right away, I noticed a young lady named Audrey at the front counter. She was moving quickly and efficiently, helping both in-store and online customers with a great attitude. Even though she was busy, she took a moment to acknowledge me with a friendly “I’ll be right with you,” which made a great first impression. When it was my turn, she kindly guided me through placing my order on the large self-order screen and made sure everything was correct. While waiting, I observed how well the entire team worked together. Everyone was focused, fast, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. Because I had a small customization to my order, the Grill Chef personally came to the counter to double-check it, ensuring everything was just right. That level of attention and teamwork really stood out to me. I wanted to take a moment to recognize this outstanding crew and their excellent service.
