  The food was good but the service was very slow. There was only 1 lady working and she was too busy to handle it on her own. They need to give her more help.

  I am very d Disappointment the customer service I received at the KFC in Westlock today I purchase chicken and came back after my wife and daughter were very disappointed because it was not cooked properly, so I came back to the chicken store as instructed by my wife to complain and basically got absolutely nowhere with the person serving me I believe his name was Notion the fellow in the back that was the cooking seem sympathetic, and he told me that he could do nothing, and if the chicken was fine, I mentioned that that was in a good way to maintain business in Westlock Which is a tightknit community Customer Service is very important in any business and this is the first time I’ve been let down in Westlock and I’ve been here for over 55 years. Anyhow, I believe that you should look at your front end staff and that they should be more courteous to the people in front of them.

  One of the better kfc around their cooking is awesome and the service is above and beyond!
