Order from Skip and the main was fine but ordered a imperial roll never came, order popbok chicken, came burnt to a crispt and not eatable. Veggie roll was crap and no dipping sauce. Called to complain and the person working did not offer a refund or trying to get it right by sending proper cooked food. He said i could go and pick up which defeatsthe purposeor of skip. I asked for a manager and he was alone. Skip did refund some but the entire experience leaves a burnt chicken taste in my mouth with buffalo run .

Very displeased with our takeout delivery tonight. Mind you, we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time but that didn’t stop the employee from making the order one at a time and then leaving into the back kitchen for a total of fifteen minutes to make 3 spring rolls. As you can see by the photos, not only are they missing the peanut sauce but they are also not even wrapped up right. An absolute sloppy mess. This location has always been slow, but 30 minutes from ordering to leaving is insane especially when the $21 worth of spring rolls were inedible and had to be thrown out. We won’t be back.

I ordered several items for delivery, but one of the items was missing when my order arrived. I contacted the store, and the employee told me that they were out of stock and that I should request a refund through the app. If the item was out of stock, shouldn’t the store have contacted me beforehand or cancelled/refunded the item before sending out the order? I don’t think it’s reasonable to find out only after receiving the order that an item is unavailable, especially when I had already paid for it.

I placed an order, but one item was missing. When I called the restaurant, they said it was sold out, so they simply didn’t send it. They never contacted me beforehand to explain that the item was unavailable, even though I had already paid for it. What if I hadn’t noticed? When I called, they just told me to contact SkipTheDishes for a refund. I understand that items can sell out, but the way they handled the situation was very disappointing and irresponsible. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.
