  Very disappointing service at KFC. Three employees were standing there, but when I asked about placing my order, nobody properly helped me. I was simply told to use the kiosk, even though I was asking for assistance. The staff were free and standing around, but still didn’t take the time to help. Really poor customer service

  My favourite KFC location. Everyone is so kind here and service is always prompt, food is hot and fresh too. Tables are clean and washrooms as well! Will keep coming back!

  we decided to have chicken for our dinner and went to this place. we had new cooked chicken and everything was fresh. staff also was very attentive.

  I am very disappointed with this location and if there would be a 0 i would give it. We went to grab something for dinner and ordered a twister menu with a big crunch menu. First the expiration date on the coleslaw they served was today’s and it looked spoiled, I asked the cashier to change it for something else and they said they don’t have, which led me to exchange it for fries. Secondly in every KFC i have been the twister comes with tomatoes, lettuce, pepper mayo and tenders inside, and surprisingly my twister didn’t have any tomatoes at all. I asked the cashier about it and she said no it doesn’t come with tomatoes only lettuce and mayo , even if in the menu above their head it shows that it has tomatoes. The meat was dry and the twister was ice cold. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to eat here, seeing that the kitchen was really dirty as well. Thought it was going to be a nice location since it is located in a busy area but it was not what I thought.

  Food was okay way greasier then any other kfc I’ve had and the manager didn’t wanna take my order and kept pointing me to the kiosk and had absolutely nothing but attitude towards me for no reason. If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it.
