- RTrose theoretMay 11, 20261.0We went into the McDonald's today to get two of the mcvalue meals lady behind the counter didn't understand anything and we couldn't understand her wanted one double cheeseburger meal and one small McChicken meal for drinks we wanted one Coke and one orange pekoe tea we know that we have to pay extra for the tea she said no she also said no to the McChicken that we could only have spicy chicken which I cannot eat so husband says then we will take two of the double cheeseburgers Fine to Coke them what does she give us and one Coke Zero and 1 Coke on French fries that were cold and extremely salty this was totally the worst service I have ever received in a McDonald's we have to bring our car back to Sundre we will definitely not go to McDonald's to have our lunch with that kind of service people will stop coming in totally disgusting

The only thing they could say was I am sorry. 25 minutes for a sausage McMuffin. If I could I would not give them a star at all. The fries are dry.

If you're going through the drive through, expect to wait in line and at the window for 20 minutes and then finally get asked to go park and wait even longer. Going inside the restaurant isn't any faster either. Calling this place hot garbage is about the only thing hot coming out of it. Don't bother going!
