  Disappointing experience. I waited more than 50 minutes in the restaurant just to get my chicken. That’s an unreasonable wait for fast food. To make matters worse, the food quality was only average. The chicken wasn’t crispy like it should be and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me to switch to Popeyes. In my experience, the chicken is better quality, and the service is much faster.

  We were driving from Medicine Hat and decided to stop at KFC Strathmore for lunch. It was a great choice! The food was fresh and delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were very friendly despite being busy. Service was fast, which was perfect for getting back on the road. We’ll definitely make this one of our regular stops whenever we’re passing through. Highly recommend!

  Stopped by KFC Strathmore today, Sunday afternoon and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and our food came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and everyone seemed to be working hard even during a busy time. Keep up the great work, KFC Strathmore! We’ll definitely be back.

  The fries and gravy were good, but sadly the chicken not so much. I get fast food but when serving chicken it needs to be fully cooked. Unless you are paying with cash or coupon, you have to use the self serve option. The problem with this and I even let them know the first self serve the pin pad for debit/credit was not working. The employee didn't seem to care.
