  The customer service was great and i was greeted appropriately. The food was delicious and i was satisfied with the quality as well aa the quantity. The staff were additionally supportive and recommended their bestsellers. I would definitely visit again.

  Sent my dad for kFC. As usually get 12 pieces of chicken and one extra chicken breast that would include the 12 pieces. One always come with the box got none..They didn’t have macaroni, coleslaw or 2 litre pop.. 60 bucks after I was floored that he show up with only a 10 box chicken, gravy, onion rings and 2- 591 litres that they charged him 3.79 a piece… unbelievable!!!

  Went through the drive through was told the wait is 15 min. 20 min later I went inside and they hadn't packed the food up yet. When I got home the chicken was not what I ordered and the side of corn was cold. I called them and was told the next time I come in they would comp. The order all I had to do was tell them my name. Today I go in and they are only comping me the chicken. Will be a long time before I go back

  We had family members in town for the day with there kids. They decided they wanted KFC . So we order the family feast. Went to pick it up and waited 20-25 minutes. Brought the food home and everyone ate the food. Food was hot and tasted ok. The kids had popcorn chicken the adults had the regular fried chicken. The next day (today) everyone has ended up with food poisoning. Yes this has been Reported to AHS . My advice. Don’t Eat There . AHS said they will be looking in to the issue.

  The Colonel would turn over in his grave if he seen this place and how it's run. The food was awful. The service though, especially sucks. This KFC restaurant I imagine will be gone in a couple years max. If you have a promotion for 10 wings for 10$ and we order it and then you tell us you don't have wings and we said okay just substitute us something else, like popcorn chicken or whatever you do have and you're like sorry we can't, it's a promotion. Well, you cant give something else instead? No sorry, it's a promotion. Like alrighty. Just refund that then? Stupid people, horrible policy and stupid place! Long wait for food, unfriendly staff that don't smile. Get the spicy big crunch and zinger sandwich and neither had lettuce tomato or mayo just a piece of chicken and a bun and a squirt of spicy mayo. Then they tried to tell me this is what the spicy big crunch sandwich is. When I've had it 100 times. Wont be back to support this kinda crappy customer service. Obviously staff here don't care about sales or business. Teach your staff to care about being a good brand. Running the KFC name down at this franchise big time. Franchise needs to do serious mystery shoppers and assess this autrocity. I don't even normally write bad reviews but this was unbelievable and as a owner I would seriously want to know this before they shut this joke store down.
