This was the worst chicken I have ever had. There was a bunch of grease in the bottom of the bill met, all chicken was not crispy, greasy all over, cold fries. Really disappointing, we won’t be back. We keep trying this location hoping it will get better and it never does. We’ve ordered here a few time, and we are always disappointed.

We always try to shop locally, and try to give chances as anyone can have a bad day, but this is now the fourth time we have gone to Stony Plain KFC and received the rudest response from staff. We go inside to order, it’s usually pretty unkept, dirty, messy tables, but I was like well maybe they just had a rush (but all 4 times it’s been like this). The chicken has been overly greasy, I usually just squeeze it between paper napkins. 3 out the 4 times the staff was rude. This time we went to the counter, we were greeted after a bit of a wait by a person very rudely. Ignoring the rudeness we showed the coupon and asked for wings with the meal. They “lied” and said no that is only for dark meat, when asked where it says that they raised their voice and said “I SAID NO ONLY DARK MEAT”. We walked out to NEVER RETURN. We drove to Spruce Grove KFC on 16A by Dairy Queen, and received great service and they had no problem with the ask of wings with the order, and said there is no such rule for that coupon about only dark meat. Hence the reason I said they “lied”. We will never return to Stony Plain KFC.

We ordered for pick up at 5:00. The order was placed at 4:45. The order wasn't even started 5:10 heck they hadn't even looked at it until then. This store needs serious training.

They kept saying they’re busy but there wasn’t many people, being short staffed is different. Though I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes in the drive through then get parked. This KFC constantly has issues and I was trying to give them a break but that’s completely unacceptable. I could’ve went to a sit down restaurant with a waitress and got served quicker. Embarrassing for the community. I miss Mary Browns, never had issues with them.
