  I came in the front counter tonight to order food. There were 3 cashiers at the till. None of them acknowledged me. It was not busy. I finally said “said I go into drive thru” then the one cashier sneezed on her hand and she was still at the till. I told her flat out to go and wash her hands. She said to me “why” then when the guy finally took my order I said something to him and he goes “hmmmm” he was the nicest one but those girls were rude as hell. I also spent $28 here for ride service.

  Thought I’d give this location another chance. Most recent Chicken sandwich was rock hard and cold. Not edible. Either the service takes 20+ minutes at this location or the food isn’t edible as if it’s been sitting out for hours. Don’t waste your money.

  This place has gone downhill, the food is not very good, gravy was thick and chunky like its been reheated multiple times, chicken was soggy , fries were not that good. 10 years ago this use to be great, now every time we eat there its always low quality.

  Today I went to buy 6 pieces of chicken and I asked for two hot sauce and the lady said I have to pay. I said I come here all the time and never pay for hot sauce. She gives attitude, I was very disappointed with her. This location always give horrible service I said never said anything before. KFC spent less than a penny for a package of hot sauce and without they won’t be in business. I hope the Filipino lady shoves it or lose the attitude. Won’t go back there. KFC has gone down hill just like Tim Horton. I’m glad Popyes is opening soon in Spruce.
