    We were a bit disappointed when we cut into the heart-shaped Mother’s Day ice cream cake. There was very little consistency each slice, and the assembly was uneven throughout. One of my family members is a cake decorator herself, so she immediately noticed that the construction could have been done much better ( regardless of the shape ). Flavours were still consistent and we still enjoyed but it’s not ideal to pay for something that doesn’t feel up to standards.

    How much do you really want business if you will be so stingy with coupons??? A&w and McDonald’s don’t limit coupons to one per person per visit so what’s your problem??? Afraid people are gonna save too much money??? Can’t use too much at once, or else the customers will be satisfied and come back??? By limiting it you’re basically saying we don’t want your business, ridiculous, do better!!!

    The second Skip order in a row where something was missing. Mistakes happen, but twice in a row is ridiculous. And telling me it’s “Skip’s Problem” when I call is incredibly unprofessional. It’s yours, because you don’t double check orders. Take some accountability

    Horrible customer service. They will argue about coupons and provide no help. I would recommend avoiding this DQ. I'll never visit this horrible location again.
