Hated the automated only ordering. Staff member there ended up having to help anyway (had difficulty finding the item we wanted to order), and was not friendly at all. I really dislike the paper straws and cardboard/bamboo forks.

The best staff.. there is a lady who helped me place my whole order with the new screens.. She did it all for me and made me laugh too.. Made the experience really really good as they don't have a drive thru.. It was worth going into the store for.. ** from Edmonton.. and ours are the total opposite.

Went to get takeout supper. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The one lady was so nice and she knows most of her regular customers Pal, the manager was wonderful to chat with. They were both friendly. Food is what you expect from KFC.

Friendly exceptional service! I felt that the staff really will go that extra mile to really make your experience a positive one. The little wait that there was was definitely made up for by the quality of the chicken and fries. (They're so good compared to other places I have gone!) Good job STETTLER KFC!

Never any chicken ready. Always have to wait at least 20 minutes to half an hour. It's like they don't even know what they're doing here. Bunch of idiots
