To night was a disaster, when I was told at 550 pm, there’s no chicken, and it’s 20 minutes to cook more, I should have just left then. So we left went shopping and came back. The acting supervisor, seemed like he could care less about the situation. Because when I returned the chicken still wasn’t ready. Other people still waiting for chicken, come on.. you sell chicken. If you can’t anticipate the way the day/ evening is going, then it’s time you become the dish washer, The girl running the till was back there trying to keep stuff moving. Maybe if the supervisor had to give everyone free meals, maybe he would take things a bit more seriously. Hopefully management makes changes and addresses these problems.

What an awesome little gem to grab a bite to eat. Everitt made all of our food fresh and it was probably the freshest KFC I’ve ever had. He also recommended a deal so that we were able to save a few bucks! If ever passing through Stettler again will be stopping here for a bite!

kfc has gone down hill badly all of the kfcs force you to learn there menu and order yourselfs but dont pay for training on there systems i refuse to learn how to do the workers job just to place my order with the restraunt. the customer service is the worst in the world because of the new kiosks people get ignore or treated like there dumb for not useing them like i get a skip the line option but forceing it on people is absurd. i didnt come in to scroll your computer system to place my order thats what the workers are for in the restraunt service industry. either pay for training, lower your prices or add a discount for customers to plave there own orders and saving the employees time...

Absolutely the worst experience from not being able to order online what we wanted to not having any salads at all. Not even an option anymore so when you order 18 piece meal with five sides it’s 2 large fries which I guess because they only half fill the large fries, 2 large corn and a gravy? Really that’s what people are wanting. It’s the first time in months we ordered and it will be the last time. Our variety bucket was half full and the spicy sandwich wasn’t and also half full on fries. It’s been a long time since we ordered and it will be even longer after that mess.
