  Visiting Settler for a soccer game and only had 25 minutes to pick up supper for the wife myself and our two daughters. Perfect KFC everyone will eat that. That's where everything started going downhill. We go in and there's maybe two or three people in line. We go up to the counter order a 14-piece chicken strip meal. The lady tells us 10 to 15 minutes because the chicken is cooking. 20 minutes later my wife has to run my daughter over to her soccer game without any food. 30 minutes after my order my wife was back to pick me up and I still didn't have an order. I asked the lady that I believed to be the manager why I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I was basically told they are not responsible for giving accurate times. At slightly over 40 minutes after placing my order I got food. There were many people waiting a very long time. Now I understand you might not be 100% accurate on your wait times. But estimating 3 to 4 times less than what actually happened, that's just not giving a care. Beyond that, the place is extremely dated and looks like it hasn't been renovated or anything fixed since about the 1990s. My wife and daughter went to use the washroom and said the floor was disgusting. I will be avoiding KFC here permanently.
