Tasty juicy perfectly fried chicken... waffle fries, OMG the mac n cheese was gourmet style, sooo incredibly good! Tasty icey cream and good selection on soft drinks, milkshakes. The chi fil a sauce is the best but they also have other flavors. The service was top notch, all the youngins were accommodating, smiling and quick! All tables and floors were cleaned regularly and washrooms were also very clean. I felt comfortable and warm. Love the decor! I cant believe the flowers are real! A nice touch. 👌

Dawson came to our table to check how everything was. He was incredibly professional. His customers service was outstanding. Made everything happen so smoothly and hooked me up with a cookie as it was my first time and wanted to see what the hype was about, and I must say definitely worth the hype

My experience here was very good, especially with the drive through employee Cooper. His positive attitude and understanding of my accent made the order very pleasant, and made my day. The food itself was very good, but I think what stands out is the sublime service and the community vibe that the restaurant gives you. What a great experience

This was the second time I've tried chick-fil-a. The first time was at west ed and it was really good, the second was at this location and boy it was even better. First, I want to say the staff was amazing! They all had smiles on their faces, they were so friendly and welcoming. The service was fantastic and fast. We decided to eat in and while we were eating we even had a staff member come and ask us how things were and asked if we needed refills on sauces and our drinks. Like how freaking cool is that!? The food was so so good. It came out fast and hot. This is hands down my new favorite place to eat. The food doesnt make you feel gross after unlike other fast food places, it's just so good. Highly recommend this location. If you haven't tried it yet, you are missing out. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Absolutely the most incredible experience I’ve had in the fast food industry in I would say ever in my life. The in person interaction at drive through is so refreshing to have that type of contact these days. But regardless that that is their jobs- the employees out there are genuinely the happiest and most helpful people you could ever interact with. Especially Scarlett, she took her time explaining my questions and making sure I felt like I had enough time to make my order without feeling rushed at all as well as being the most brightest ray of sunshine I’ve come across- truly feel like I made a friend. When I was waiting by the door for my food, I could tell just how much every single employee cares about their job and how serious they take it. I felt like I wasn’t waiting long especially compared to other places- but they felt stressed because they wanted to make sure my food was delivered efficiently, and to feel their care for each and every order and person is just a thing that you don’t see these days. Every employee I saw look like the most hard working and dedicated team I’ve seen in a while. One girl who was apologizing for the wait (even tho i don’t feel like i was waiting for long), reassuring they are on it with a smile on her face every fast move at a time. As well as there was this young funny red head teenager/young man who was handling the drinks / preparing the last steps of the process, he was actually just such a kick to watch honestly. He was making jokes (in a very professional way), just being bubbly, himself and genuinely enjoying his job, I was honestly sitting in my car laughing with him. Felt like I was getting a whole surreal experience from beginning to end, never needing to go on my phone, which for a drive through these days is unheard of! Thank you amazing team!! I manage the new Waves Cafe next door and would love to see and meet all of you sometime to reciprocate the amazing service. Amazing job team and management. :))) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
