  Super clean Great great manager there as an issue wi th whatever free Cajun burger or fries or something with the app and he still honoured it for my kiddo and I The staff are friendly the girl at the front was a little quiet and difficult to hear but honestly for a fast food place literally as clean or better than 5 guys and that’s not easy to do Look close u can see the steam from the burger

  Most amazing burgers in St.Albert. A must try! We have tried almost everything on their menu so far and everything has been excellent. The service is next level and the staff always make you feel very welcomed. The manager even came out and offered refills at the table and thanked us for stopping in. That’s quality old fashioned service! Something we don’t see often anymore unless you’re spending a fortune. Every table packed on a Friday night is a great sign.

  I ordered some bacon cheese fries and went home very excited to eat a simple comfort food. I opened the box to find an absolutely inedible disgusting mess. In what world do bacon cheese fries come with half a bottle of ranch dressing dumped on top? I checked the online menu and it does list "a drizzle of ranch", but this is not in the description in store. I can't even see bacon or cheese under that ranch. Straight in the garbage. I'll have to drive into Edmonton next time to go to a better location.

  Had a great experience getting take out here! The staff was very friendly and helpful—an employee even helped me take my order out to my car because my hands were full with my baby. We ordered a chicken burger and bacon burger combo. Both were very delicious! The milkshake was so good! We will be coming back for sure!

  Been to this location twice now. FAR, FAR, FAR better service than most burger joints, even the upscale ones. You actually feel like your business is appreciated and that they want you to come back. The young fellow running this outlet does an excellent job. The service here, if you eat in, is better than a lot off sit down restaurants. The food here is better than Wayback Burgers on 137 ave and 97. The food here is excellent. In addition, they have a seperate gluten free frier and pretty much everything can be had in a gluten free version. Prices are higher than Burger King but more than competitive with Fat Burger, and I like the food here better than FB. The crispy chicken sandwich is awesome. My new favourite upscale burger joint. If they had beer the place would be absolutely perfect.
