- CCCraig Cooper5 days ago1.0I feel Original Joe’s needs to understand Allergies and there Menu, Posting an Item as GF Gluten Friendly but that cooking that Item in the same Fryer as Gluten Items, DOES NOT MAKE Gluten Friendly. Restaurant’s need to better Understand Gluten Allergies much better. We would have picked a different restaurant whose Items are Actually Gluten Free. Time to step it up and you should change your Menu’s.
- RTRene TheriaultSep 1, 20262.0Today I was very disappointed for the first time in over 10 years my wife and me went in for wings and a beer ordered salt & pepper and we got salt and vinegar they said sorry we,ll give you fries to snack on while waiting for your order but the fries were ok but very dark like oil was not changed for a long time we got our wings which were good but was there for an hour waitress did not check if we were ok asked for bill waiting long time we were the only ones in there and 2 waitresses then the scanning for debit card toke 6 trys had to use two cards I think this is my last visit there not the same as it was the best waitress is Tanya I will miss you.

Great service can make such a difference, and Amy definitely made an impression on us. She was awesome and deserves some recognition! We’ll definitely be back. Oh, and food was 10/10 too.

We ordered Goji Tacos, but they came with cilantro even though we specifically asked for no cilantro and were told that would be okay\. Because of that, we didn’t eat the tacos, but we were still charged the full price\. We also ordered beer and never received it, yet we still had to pay for it\. Overall, the order was wrong, and we were charged for food and a drink we didn’t receive\. Definitely not a good experience.

Erik was just amazing with our orders, listening to our needs, including my dietary restrictions, and his personality was unmatched!
