  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a 9-piece bucket meal with large fries and gravy for pickup. When I got home, the chicken pieces were inconsistently battered, dripping with grease, and somehow still drier than the Sahara Desert. There wasn’t a drop of moisture in them. Even worse the pieces were also roughly 60% the size of the chicken pieces at Popeyes, which by the way is conveniently located across the street! The quality was well below what anyone should expect from KFC, the meal was not enjoyable. save your disappointment, cross the street to Popeyes. KFC Canada do better!

  Terrible service. Cashier didn’t know what she was doing and the food was terrible and overcooked and the staff was super rude.

  Never thought I would find a worse place than the Cromdale KFC! The person was rude, and impatient in a completely empty fast food place. Took 15 min for a less than warm spicy big crunch. Fried were old and gross...how they feel good about serving this suit is beyond me...because they very well know that they are doing this! 💯

  First time I visited with my friend over there. The behaviour of the staff is pretty good. Specially, i wanna mention who gave us order about young he was so nice . I think his name shubam . So i wanna say to him keep it up bro .

  I stopped by the KFC on St. Albert Trail today and ordered the Double Slider Combo. The food was fresh, hot, and made properly. The fries were crispy, the chicken was juicy, and everything tasted the way KFC should. My order was ready quickly, and the staff were polite and efficient. Overall, it was a smooth experience with good service and good food. I'd definitely come back to this location again.
