If your gonna have a limited time offer about crispy chicken and not have it available most of the time thats just weird, countless time ive went here and everytime i ask theres no extra crispy chicken and not even offered to wait. Its called a limited time offer product for a reason and should be available in the menu if its still getting advertised.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a 9-piece bucket meal with large fries and gravy for pickup. When I got home, the chicken pieces were inconsistently battered, dripping with grease, and somehow still drier than the Sahara Desert. There wasn’t a drop of moisture in them. Even worse the pieces were also roughly 60% the size of the chicken pieces at Popeyes, which by the way is conveniently located across the street! The quality was well below what anyone should expect from KFC, the meal was not enjoyable. save your disappointment, cross the street to Popeyes. KFC Canada do better!
