  I stop at KFC, 810-860 St Albert Trail, St Albert, Alberta I ordered 2 - 2 piece chicken dinners to go. As I was eating, I found a black hair which I removed and put in the garbage. When I checked the remainder of the order I found a second hair. I returned to the purchase location, showed the hair to the lady behind the counter. I asked her to refund the price for one meal to which she said she couldn’t but I could have a second order or something of equal value. I paid cash and the lady didn’t give me receipt so her excuse was that I bought the meal at a different location and getting the money back at this location, that is completely false! The server wasn’t very friendly and should be provided customer service training! I will not be shopping at this location and will not recommend it to others!

  : I visited KFC yesterday and ordered a chicken burger. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I received a cold chicken burger. It was not fresh and did not taste good. This is not good service. Please train your staff properly and ensure that customers receive fresh and hot food. Thank you.

  1 star service at 5 star prices . 50 dollars for 10 chicken legs. holy smokes.I asked for extra crispy and she though I said extra greasy, and I had to wait for 25 minutes to top it off. Never again. What a disappointment these franchises are turning into. Pass on this place if your able.

  First time at this location and very impressed. Clean and quiet. Ordered the $12.99 deal for mom and me. Mom really enjoyed her. Kept on saying this is one of the best place we been to. Nice and crispy. I ended up ordering to take home for my husband. He enjoyed it too👍
