The food was very good. Most of us loved it. My daughter got the wrong order but was too meek to say anything 😞. My niece ordered a Calzone and it was burnt. The waitress was friendly and tried to be helpful. She was slammed though.

After dining, I packed my food but forgot it on the table. I came back but they had thrown it out of course. Mike went outside as I was leaving to offer me a half portion fresh made. Nicest thing someone has done in a long time and that kindness kept my stomach full the rest of the night! Thora was a wonderful server, and the chicken parmesean I would go back for anytime.

Its my first time. Did a walk in take-out order. I ordered the Calamari and it didn’t taste like calamari. No flavour like zero taste. Also ordered Parmasean chicken wings, tastes like burnt oil or old cooking oil. Really disappointed. I hope they can taste test their appetizers so the restaurant knows that these are not good. Servers are friendly but I didnt get any cutleries with my to go orders, no napkins, etc.

Hostess was lovely, unfortunately the service was so otherwise abysmal that any further food and drink we intended to order shall have to be from somewhere else, as I'm writing this while still sitting at the table waiting for refills that the waitress couldn't care to see if we needed. Was over ten mins just to get greeted, ordered two all you can eat bread soup salad, only got one bread and another 15+ mins for presumably premade food. Maybe our originally smaller bill doesn't garner enough attention, wanted to order an entree and more drinks but 🤷🏻‍♀️ Waitress hasn't been back since, my empty drink and bowls at the edge of the table for at least 15 mins now. Dark hair, short shorts, unless she's new or having a real bad day she should find another profession. Hoping this review will get enough attention to at least get the bill.

We typically visit East Side Mario’s because our kids love the complimentary bread, but our recent visit to the St. Albert location was extremely disappointing. We had a party of two adults and four kids, yet we were brought bread only once. We asked twice for more, and after a very long wait, they brought out just a single piece of bread. It honestly felt like a tease. If this location has strict limits or rationing on bread, staff should simply be upfront—we would have happily paid for extra. Two weeks ago, we had a great experience at the Red Deer location, where our table was served bread twice without any issue. We won't be returning to the St. Albert location.
