If you are looking to empty your wallet in exchange for atrocious service and sticky tables, look no further. Dairy Queen used to be a reliable treat; today, it was an absolute joke. The Forgotten Order I paid $24 for a meal, only to stand around waiting because the cashier simply forgot to tell the kitchen to make it. When my food finally arrived after an absurdly long wait, it was shockingly bad. Honestly, the entire meal was barely worth $5. Freezer-Burned Slop The chicken strips looked aggressively freezer-burned. If I had to describe the flavor, it tasted exactly like a low-end, half-closed work camp that makes slop and hates themselves for existing. To make matters worse: There were hardly any fries in the container. They completely forgot the sauce I explicitly ordered. Frankly, the incredibly greasy box they shoved it in and the single cup of gravy probably cost more to manufacture than the actual food inside. The "Blizzard" That Wasn't To top it off, the Blizzard was essentially room-temperature, artificially flavored milk with stale crumbs floating at the top. The teenager at the register didn't even attempt the iconic upside-down flip—probably because they knew they would have had to mop it off the counter. Dairy Queen used to sell memories. Now, they sell overpriced frustration. Save your money, save your time, and eat literally anywhere else.

We went in and ordered some ice cream, Blizzards, Sundaes, Buster bars. The sundaes were fine, the buster bar was very soft and liquidy, but the blizzards were terrible. First blizzard I had to bring back as it was grainy. It was supposed to be extra cookie dough, my replacement was absolutely not. The other blizzard had 1 piece of cookie dough, literally one piece. Awful experience. Will not return to this location.

We ordered Turtles blizzards. They were full of toppings and blended really well not like some other locations across alberta that skrimp. Highly recommend this location. The staff were friendly and efficient as well. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back the next time we are in St. Albert. Not saying that the other location in St. Albert is bad. This just so happened to be the one that was closest to where we were running errands and where our GPS told us to go.

this place is terrible. They charge for toppings on a banana split shut it down. We need to get rid of this place. Terrible service one star.

Where do I start. Burger patties are tiny. The fries portion is so cheap and for the price should be getting much more. Also came to sit at the picnic tables and the garbages were full and disgusting. So disappointed Oh my
