  Absolutely terrible this has happened 4 times now I order go home and theres food missing but they charged me for it then I went back and then they refunded me and then remade my food then I got home and the order was wrong the service is terrible they are awful wouldn't recommend this location

  I went into the building with me and my friend. I ordered a number 4 (two tacos and fries) I ask for no sour cream and tomato. My friend got two burritos. When my order got here. Which btw took ages, it had exactly what I asked to NOT have put on. And sometimes it happens, so I just take it off. Then I decided I was still a bit more hungry so I got a chicken sandwich and asked for NO pickles. And guess what’s on my sandwich… PICKLES!!! Which again btw took about 10 minutes to be finished. Along with other customers standing for 10+ minutes waiting for their orders. So overall, messed up my order twice, and in the process took longer than definitely needed.

  When we arrived the staff were all chatting right in front of us but no one acknowledged us. when they did she told us to give her a minute. While taking our order we wanted to upgrade our drinks to the lemonade that was advertised on the poster, she said we can’t. We said we would pay the extra amount but she still said no. After we ordered we went to find a table but they were all filthy. The quesadilla had barely any chicken and what was in there was hard. Beyond dissatisfied and I am not surprised to see previous poor reviews.

  Most the staff can’t even understand you, and the ones that do are super rude. First time I went the guy at the counter was passive aggressive, and the second time I went thru the drive thru we repeated the order like 3 times and she still got it wrong over and over again and had us waiting. Hire new staff
