  The service was TERRIBLE!! ZERO STARS if i could. Took at least 5 mins of me and my friend waiting at the counter for this cashier to come help us, she looked at us multiple times before even coming up to us. Finally comes up my friend ordered first and then me. My food comes out before my friends(i ordered way more food than my friend), we had to wait for 15 more minutes for my friends food. It was wrong. My friend told the girl that it was wrong and she gave the NASTIEST stank ahh look at my friend when SHE got the order wrong. Took at least 8 more minutes for NACHO FRIES. Caucasian brunette girl who must be new to this job because i have never seen her, i miss the old brunette girl who was tall and super sweet. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! They really need to build a new Taco Bell around here and hire some nicer people.

  Taco Bell Nacho Fries are an absolute game-changer! 🍟 The seasoning is perfection—crispy, savory, and has just the right amount of kick. Paired with that warm nacho cheese dip, it’s honestly addictive. Please never take these off the menu! Nice work Lorry

  Me and my brother placed an online order for 2:45pm and we didn't get our food until 3:05pm, I had placed the order and hour ahead but we still had to wait and got given the rudest responses and rushed food, if you are ordering KFC I recommend you order through the drive thru because atleast you will get your food on time

  Older Lady Manager wearing the red shirt with the hair that is dyed lighter was loudly yelling and berating her teenager employees. Rude to us while she served us as well. Treat your staff better.

  I ordered online, went to pick up. I told the girl I have a mobile order at the speaker. She said something and it was muffled. I said pardon and then waited forever for a response (and its pouring rain today). She finally said go to the window. I wait in the line and finally get to the window and she tells me a total that was different than online. So I proceeded to tell her I have the mobile order. She asked if it was kfc I said no it's taco bell. She said they don't have it and she can't do anything. I showed her my phone and she said we don't have online I can't help you. So I'm thinking taco bell was removed from this location, but no that's not the case. I went an parked and my boyfriend went in to order because she didn't offer to resolve the issue by taking my order at any point (speaker or window). She couldn't understand him so he showed her the phone order to copy. The order was $5.04 more and she proceeded to tell him it's because it wasn't pre-ordered with the app. He said we tried to pre-order and you just told us we couldn't. She walked away without giving both drink cups so my boyfriend said excuse me there's 2 drinks. She looked at him and proceeded somethjng away from the till before coming over and throwing the 2nd cup on the counter. Horrible customer service over all from start to finish. Tried to email my complaint and there was error 4 seperate times. And the food was soggy , hardly any meat even the one we paid for extra meat.
