  After my experience today it's not a surprise seeing this subway has the lowest rating in the whole area. What was likely an error with the app, a simple customer service experience doesn't include the rude store manager or the "area manager" who did nothing but talk over and interrupt me, and then told me he doesn't normally call customers back when I asked if he could stop interrupting me. I would recommend the short drive to another subway. Weird that after the area manager listened he then understood what the problem was and thennnnn apologized.

  Super dissatisfied with this location I NEVER GET A GOOD Sandwich from here EVER which sucks because we live in the area. We ordered online to pick up seems simple when you pick your toppings and order… you’d think… I just threw away my footlong sandwich that I ordered with just Veggies in the sandwich and dressing on the side. Imagine my confusion when I picked up my sandwich and it was wet through the paper packaging . Well the bread was soaked as well as all of my whole sandwich was soaked in so much mayonnaise that I DID NOT ORDER. Was pretty PO’d but tried to make the best of it had a bite and it was awful I even tried to wipe off the mayo but after 2 napkins and I still wasn’t edible and it all went into the garbage now I am looking for dinner at home to cook which I should’ve done instead of ordering an 11$ sandwich that the garbage can ate. Never never never have they gotten my order correct that I can just order pay and come home and eat. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different subway. Man I can’t wait for Firehouse subs to come to the area and get an actual great meal

  Me and friends order from here and we all got wrong orders the bread type was wrong mine 2 of them werent toasted and put a very little bit of every filling less then what I would normally get if I went in

  Don’t order from here. They diddnt receive my online order, won’t make it, won’t do anything about it. Go to the one on the other side of town.

  My daughter and I popped in for a treat after a big day, and my credit card didn't work. The sweet individual who put our sandwiches together treated us both so kindly and with goodwill, offering for us to eat our meal while we waited for my husband to come with a backup option to pay. Thank you so much for smoothing out an uncomfortable situation, helping a hungry kiddo, and for treating us with care and dignity while we sorted it out. The food was delicious, the storefront was clean and well stocked, and everyone who was on staff was kind and friendly. (Thank you especially to the kind person who made my day, you never know what people are experiencing and when a bit of kindness can make a big difference.)
