It’s always refreshing to receive service from someone who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome. She truly made my experience a positive one. However, my recent lunch experience completely blew me away, all thanks to the incredible food and our phenomenal server, Katrina. I ordered the Ramen Bowl, which was absolutely amazing. I cannot handle heat, so I asked to have it made non-spicy. Joke #1: I usually avoid spicy food because my tolerance is so low that I think black pepper needs a warning label! The kitchen team handled the modification perfectly. It was hands-down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. What truly elevated the entire experience, though, was Katrina's world-class service. Joke #2: I honestly think she might have a second job as a secret agent, because right after I paid, she moved like a total ninja. Before I could even look up, she had swiftly and silently left a beautiful, handwritten postcard as a thank-you note on the table. In all my travels across the country, it is rare to find that level of genuine hospitality and attention to detail. This was my first time being seated in Katrina's section, but it definitely won't be my last. Thank you, Katrina, and thank you, State & Main, for an unforgettable lunch! 👏

The staff were all amazing, friendly , kind , professional. The atmosphere was very nice . Not noisy, potato look at. We were seated in a corner booth . The food was absolutely splendid. We had a difficult time deciding because everything on the menu looked fantastic. I would 100 percent recommend State and Main for your date night experience.

Our server picked up on the occasion and brought a party favor to our table. After our main course the Birthday girl chose a complimentary creme brule with a candle. A card signed and with a personal note by all staff was given to her. Then unbeknownst to us, our server announced that our entire bill had been paid for by a young couple who had been sitting across from us... I was shocked! To this kind couple, we thank you so very much, your kindness is beyond heartwarming. Hopefully you will be Blessed in a special way for this.. Needless to say, our friend didn't want to leave. Thank you for your kindness to all who made this 90 yr old lady's day so special..
