  My family got super sick after eating from the bakery, looking into the place you wouldn't believe how dirty and filthy it is. Looking into to see if i could find anything healthcode violated i found a bunch. Dont eat at this dirty place

  "Five stars for cleanliness and customer service! A staff member went out of her way to kindly direct me to the washroom when I was in a rush. The washroom was incredibly clean, fresh, and properly equipped with adjustable hot water. It's rare to find such well-maintained public spaces, so I made sure to support the store by doing my grocery shopping there right after. Thank you for keeping a great storefront!"

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store today at around 8:22 p.m. I politely asked The employee is Jason, the Grocery Manager. if he could check my lottery ticket. He refused and said, “I can’t help you. I have to watch the thief,” while looking at me. His words and the way he looked at me made me feel like he was treating me as though I was the thief. I was respectful throughout the interaction and was very embarrassed. This is the second negative experience I have had with Jason. About six months ago, I also asked him for help, and he refused without explanation. I reported that incident to the store at the time. The cashier witnessed today’s interaction and was surprised by how I was treated. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope management looks into this matter so no one else has the same experience. I will be contacting the head office to file a formal complaint because I take this matter very seriously. I hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure other customers are treated with respect.
