- BCBonny Campbell2 days ago2.0We ordered a large pineapple and barbecued chicken regular crust pizza. The delivery man was nice. The pizza was one of the worst that I have ever had. It had the thinnest if toppings that I have ever seen. There was a small amount of cheese and the amount of chicken and pineapple was miniscule as well as bland. We will not order again.

- ACAvah CMay 31, 20261.0We ordered the Toy Story box for our son, and he was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it arrived in a plain box instead of the themed packaging, which was disappointing. We were looking forward to sharing a bit of that Toy Story nostalgia with him. After contacting the store, we received a call apologizing for the issue and were told a pizza would be delivered the next day as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciated the effort to make things right and were happy with the proposed resolution. Sadly, the promised pizza never arrived, and we never received the follow-up call we were told to expect. What started as a simple disappointment turned into frustration due to the lack of follow-through. Based on our experience, I would be cautious about relying on the promises made to resolve customer concerns.
- ALAnnette LungMay 18, 20261.0I am only giving one star for poppa Johns pizza in Spruce Grove. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. It is the worst pizza that I have ever had. The crust was paper thin and chewy, there was literally no cheese on it and the after taste is nasty. I would not recommend Poppa John’s pizza to anyone.
