- ACAvah CMay 31, 20261.0We ordered the Toy Story box for our son, and he was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it arrived in a plain box instead of the themed packaging, which was disappointing. We were looking forward to sharing a bit of that Toy Story nostalgia with him. After contacting the store, we received a call apologizing for the issue and were told a pizza would be delivered the next day as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciated the effort to make things right and were happy with the proposed resolution. Sadly, the promised pizza never arrived, and we never received the follow-up call we were told to expect. What started as a simple disappointment turned into frustration due to the lack of follow-through. Based on our experience, I would be cautious about relying on the promises made to resolve customer concerns.

The crust was paper thin and chewy, there was literally no cheese on it and the after taste is nasty. I would not recommend Poppa John’s pizza to anyone.
