  Avoid like the plague. Any positive reviews have clearly been paid for by management. My friends and I had an absolutely horrible experience here on the evening of Friday August 28. From the moment we walked in and interrupted up the woman from her sweeping duties (there was only one person working), she seemed irritated by our presence. I ordered a quesadilla which was very light on the meat and beans. I asked for the special fries as part of the combo, she said no. I asked her what other combo options I could have and she said to look at the menu, I saw fries, I asked for fries again she said no. I asked for churros, she said no, so I asked what I could have and she said chips and salsa/guac. Okay, weird, just tell me that from the beginning, no need to be rude about it. The food was really poor and I had a bad painful stomach all night after eating it. My friend ordered the burrito with guacamole, it was basically just rice, and she refused to put the guacamole inside the burrito for some bizarre reason. For $20 it was a complete rip off. That woman needs to be fired but having read the other reviews it sounds like this is a management issue. Avoid this place like the plague. Is this a real mucho burritto?

  Had such a great lunch. Food was awesome. Staff were so friendly and it was a great service. Such a good experience at mucho.

  I absolutely love mucho Burrito but my last visit was rather unfriendly. I got a regular burrito and had to ask to an extra scoop with every topping because I received a small teaspoon size of each and when it came to the pickled onions I had to pay extra.. what ever it was only $.25. After my burrito was made I then asked for the chips and queso with a side of salsa. When she filled the queso there was still a lot of room to top it up. I asked her very kindly if she could fill it up and she said that it would over flow.. I said well there’s alot of room to top it up a bit..she shook her head and scoffed and then proceeded to pour way to much just to prove her point and then I had to say awkwardly well you could have filled it up with out making it THAT full... Then she pours it out leaving me with less than she did in the first place. I respectfully accepted this rude and unacceptable behaviour and left. I’m not one to take time out of my day to write reviews but I was really disappointed with how I was treated. It was the same younger women who is always there when I come in. I come in atleast once a month.. I’ve always been nice. She needs an attitude check. Not cool Mucho.. do better.

  i would say this restaurant won my heart. The fries were amazing, the queso cheese was thick as it supposed to and carrying very delicious taste. Big thanks to girls there from helping me out. Always goona coming back for sure 👍
