  This is by far the best McDonald's I have been to in Canada! The morale with all the employees as a team. Not sure who manages this location but I had to get on here to say they have exceptional service. It made me feel like I was just not at a fast food place because the staff come over and asks if we needed anything else. They were on top of everything from the time I got in there. The smile of the cashier and the care. To the staff you all exemplify exceptional customer service. The franchise needs to use all of you for training other locations! Thank you, Ramona Roy

  I ordered delivery off of the McDonalds app. I was scheduled to receive the delivery by 1:00a.m. At 1:00a.m. my driver messaged me saying he is still waiting on my food. It is now 1:36a.m. Waiting over 36 minutes in the drive thru for two burgers is completely unacceptable. This happens anytime you order after 11:00p.m. Either more night staff is needed to they need to close after 11:00 p.m.

  Been frequenting this location since moving to Spruce Grove a couple years ago- I don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from- never once had a negative experience. - Staff are super friendly, kind and helpful. - Food orders have always been accurate. - Food quality is as expected and fresh. - I'd argue it's the fasted McDonalds drive thru I've seen between my time in both Edmonton and Spruce Grove. Thanks Westwind McDonalds!
