  Twenty minute wait for chicken through the drive thru at 6:30 at night. No apology. Competitor got my money.

  rude customer service. i placed an order thru skip the dishes, i spent at least $50 worth of food. when i opened the box the chicken was torn, (i had no idea what happened ) little portion and all greasy. and i tried to email them, got no response. i tried to call them 5 times that day, they didn’t pick up. very rude, disrespectful and disgusting. fire all those workers who r fed up doing customer service!

  Just went to this location and we are very disappointed. My husband went through the drive through and ordered a boneless bucket, with gravy extra. They said it would be a 10 minute wait. 20 minutes go by and nothing, so he goes inside. Then he waits for a bit more because nobody was at the front til. Finally someone comes, and he asks about his order. It’s sitting there waiting on the tray. We take our order home, and the gravy is missing. The fries are not seasoned. And there are no dipping sauces. VERY disappointing especially because the large gravy is an extra cost.

  Great experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I especially enjoyed the Zinger Sandwich.the chicken was crispy and juicy, with just the right amount of spice. The fries were hot and fresh too. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the restaurant was clean.
