I am extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Almost every order I place has something wrong with it. I specifically order all dark meat, yet I repeatedly receive white chicken instead. On top of that, there is always something missing from my order, whether it's a side, sauce, or another item I paid for.
Mistakes can happen occasionally, but when it happens nearly every single time, it becomes frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that their order will be prepared correctly, especially when they're paying for specific items and requests.
I hope management takes a closer look at quality control and order accuracy because the consistent errors have made me lose confidence in ordering from this location.

I ordered chicken tenders and they gave me drumsticks instead, and put the box in without it closed so when I took it all out it went all over me. When I went back to tell them they got my order wrong, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. Terrible service.

This place is a joke. Stopped for lunch one person eating and one person standing there with me. The people in the back were more interested in visiting among themselves then taking anyone’s order. Every person there needs to be unemployed. Walked out and went to Subway. If it was possible to give this place zero stars I would. Will never set foot in there again. And will make sure this is all over social media.
