  Ordered 10 pieces of chicken but very greasy and the chicken was disgusting to eat,won't order there again

  I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always been great! Today however I placed a takeout order, and Rebekah was very nice. She asked for my name and apparently asked for it incorrectly, as what I can assume was the manager chirped something standing off to the side. Then Rebekah asked for my name again - in a different way. After she finished taking my order and chit chatting with me while doing so, she and said manager were then discussing something in the kitchen in front of other co-workers etc. it sounded like she was being corrected on something, and as a manager myself it just seemed very unprofessional. You were great, Rebekah!

  3 times I have came to this KFC Taco Bell location and it has given me wrong orders and and charged me for food I DID NOT receive and service is very rude and shitty unfriendly cashier when you asked for correct order….. It’s my money I wanted to spend it there. But that will be the last time I will go there, i best keep my business in Edmonton KFC Taco Bell more friendlier better service and quality.

  Ordered a Deluxe famous chicken sandwich. It's 12$. It's supposed to have lettuce, cheese, tomato and pickles. Mine was just chicken, three pickles and what appeared to be half a cup of mayo.

  No service at counter, order boards touch screen things, are bugged out and difficult to operate, as it adds items that never where chosen. Not intuitive at all McDonald's has had the order system for years, KFC thinks that they do it better and lies to themselves and you. Food is by far LOW of low quality, very over priced for slop of the slop. UPDATE, THE ORDER WAS RONG TOO THE STAFF DONT READ the orders.
