  I went in to the building. I ordered with my friend and he ordered 2 tacos with no sour cream and tomatoes. They processed to mess his order and give him what he asked to be removed. Then we ordered again from the KFC menu. He ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. He then gets a sandwich with pickles. This establishment has no regards or concerns over their customers. While all of this their atmosphere was so horrible. When I was ordering the first time. The guy had the attitude of a prisoner. Sounded lazy and not willing to do anything. Overall this experience sucked. Never coming back

  Great place and staff. We ordered a family bucket, kids wanted bigger one and they canceled first order and we were able to reorder no problem. Manager was awesome so great. THANK YOU. Highly recommend this place. Food is great too.

  We were given an incorrect item, and immediately knocked on the drive thru window.. no response... honked a few times... no response.. this carried on for a WHILE.. Drove all around to the drive thru speaker, to then tell them the situation, and they told us to pull up to the window... she then immediately gave us the item we had ordered (meaning they already had it made but didnt give it to us), she didnt say or acknowledge the mistake whatsoever... and then had an attitude on their face and dead stared at us with the drive thru window closed.. they definitely tried to pull a fast one on us by giving us a lesser value item in replacement hoping we would ignore it and drive away.... how they handled that situation spoke volumes. They did something similar the last time we were there so we wont be returning. Take your business elsewhere. They have zero customer service.
