  Well the prices might be very high but for good reason the food is amazing and the staff are very helpful and nice

  Terrible service they can never get anything right don’t bother going! Food is stale and cold, workers are ignorant. Who can barely speak English only go if you enjoy terrible service and food.

  The tables were all dirty and my Crunchwrap was underwhelming. I hate how you have to ask for simple things like ketchup and hot sauce (just put out a condiment station).

  Worst customer service ever. in drive thru for 20 min before ordering than wait another 10 to get to the window only 1 car in drive thru ahead of me. Get to the window and they tell me they are only accepting cash . No sign up . 30 min in the drive thru left with no food .

  My wife and I had a hankering for KFC Poutine. When we ordered from the drive through (off Hwy 16A Spruce Grove) we mentioned that the last time we ordered poutine...we found there was not enough gravy. And if they wouldn't mind putting a bit more on this time. We were told that they only put one scoop. (So I was told nicely that was all they were giving)! So again, we ate our poutines, and found there was not enough gravy again. This might be a very small point to anyone else reading this. And certainly not newsworthy, for a corporate letterhead. But the fact of the matter is... My wife and I will be going to Mary Brown's from now on. Today it was just a fries and gravy...the next time we might be ordering for 10 or 15 people visiting family. Whether they could accommodate or not.. customer service goes a long way. We will give you a chance again in 6 months.
