Ordered online for pickup twice. The first time, I explicitly asked for my sauce on the side as I planned to take the sandwiches for my lunch at work. I also asked for extra sauce, which, to me, means 2 containers of sauce per sandwich. I arrived to pick up my order, and the sauce was on the sandwich. The lady asked if that was okay, and I said that they were for tomorrow. She immediately started remaking it, which I appreciated. What I didn't appreciate was when she came back with the new sandwich she threw it in the bad, scoffed when I said thanks, and just walked away without a word. It was at this point I decided it wasn't even worth it to bring up my other concern that she only gave me one sauce container.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today. Same drill. This time, everything seemed great. I ordered two sandwiches, and I could feel the correct amount of sauce containers in the bag, so I grabbed my order and left. When I opened the bag later, though, they gave me two sauce containers, but they're literally only 1/3 full!
Surprise update: Just sat down to eat my lunch, and what do you know? They didn't read my instructions until after making the sandwiches because all the sauce was already inside. The literally messed up my order, and instead of fixing it, they just threw some sauces in the bag, hoping I wouldn't notice. Well, you win Subway, I didn't notice, and now today's lunch is a soggy mess, which means tomorrow's will be inedible. Thank you for that.
I'm sorry if this seems trivial, but this is the culmination of my instructions not being followed, my order being wrong, or whatever restaurant im ordering from being stingy so many times and being met with attitude when I want it corrected. I just want what I paid for. Why is it so hard?
