  I want to share my experience of being yelled at by the delivery driver. I usually order pizza from this location for our clients. Almost once a month fmat least. I always put notes for delivery as the main address for the building itself doesn't lead to our space. When the driver is coming to deliver, they are always in a rush. I understand it's a business but taking that 10 seconds to talk to a customer nicely won't hurt. Last week I ordered pizza. The driver called me and all he said mentioning is that he can't find me and he had 4 other deliveries to do. When I asked him where he was so I can guide him, he said I am wasting his time. He wasn't even ready to hear my instructions. I spoke firm to give him instructions as I saw my clients park. This whole conversation was happening under a minute. He parked and he started yelling at me. Said he is a busy person and that I am wasting his time. At this point my clients where watching what's happening. I told him that it look less than a minute to find the place and if he had read the instructions, then this whole conversation won't be happening. He again started saying he is so busy. He has other deliveries to do and that I am wasting his time. He handed me the pizza in a harsh way. I called papa johns to complain after as this is not an acceptable behavior. The person on the phone said the delivery guy is old and so that might be there reason. I asked if he doesn't have 2 minutes for someone who is paying to deliver, why is he doing the job. I was told the manager will contact me. It's been a week and nothing. This is the second time this is happening. Last time this happened was in March and i thought the driver was just having a bad day. But this experience was so bad. Not even my family yells at me like that. Sherwood park has so many other pizza locations. Not ordering here again.

  Ordered online. Was informed pizzas would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived at the 20 minute mark and walked in. About 12 people standing inside waiting. Phone ringing endlessly with no one answering. After about 10 mins, finally spoke to someone and was told my order would be another 10 mins. It's unfortunate that they don't value their customers' time. Pizza was ok, but overall experience was atrocious

  Why have anchovies on the menu if you don't restock them. I have lived in many different places in Edmonton and Canada, and this is the only Papa Johns location in my life that has cancelled my order for being "out" of anchovies. Not only that, but its happened over FIVE times, I've lost count at this point. It sucks because this is the only location in Sherwood Park. Please replace the franchisee with someone who restocks their inventory 🙏

  I wanted to order a pizza and they told me my location is too far for delivery; it's 10 minutes inside Sherwood Park. First they asked me how many pizzas I wanted, and then they begged me to say they couldn't because there wasn't enough pizza for the delivery. What terrible service!
