  I wanted to order a pizza and they told me my location is too far for delivery; it's 10 minutes inside Sherwood Park. First they asked me how many pizzas I wanted, and then they begged me to say they couldn't because there wasn't enough pizza for the delivery. What terrible service!

  Good food nice atmosphere you can see them baking fresh bread and slicing non stop Finally a sub restaurant that made me happy Definitely will be back

  Papa John's was my favorite pizza a couple years ago. I used to get it on the west side of Edmonton. This was my first time getting it at this location. I don't know if its just this location but I thought maybe people were just being dramatic... no... the comments about cheese being thin is not wrong. Tons of tomato sauce exposed from lack of cheese. The stuffed crust was barely stuffed. Dough was thin as well. I didn't get thin crust. I think thin crust might be a crustless pizza. Taste was meh, about what youd expect just with less of the good stuff. I ask for extra mushrooms on one of the pizza's and got what had maybe 1 or 2 mushrooms per piece on a large pizza. Overall not good. Not terrible. Just dissapointing. Might be my last visit to Papa John's for a long time. There is a comment saying there was a sign for delivery drivers not to use their phones. That has been changed to say to keep the volume down on their phones now as to not disturb customers. I think thats completely fair. Front cash person was very friendly. I didn't catch the name. I know he's at least trying his best. I'll also mention I only came because there was a 50% off deal. But if I had paid full price, I'd probably be pretty mad.

  Pizza was good, but the delivery experience was not. The driver walked up to the main steps, then turned around and chose to walk through deep snow in the front yard along a dog footpath to our large picture window, where he banged on it to get our attention. This was despite there being steps leading to a covered patio with the front door just inside. He then complained about how difficult it was for him, even though he chose his own route instead of the easier one. He repeatedly stated that he would never deliver here again and that we would be picking up instead. It should be common sense that steps and a covered patio lead to the main entrance. Correction Sir: we won’t be picking up as we won’t be ordering from this location again.
