  Flaky staff, not customer focused, appears busy with just me in the drive thru at 2am. Forgot receipt, forgot straw, forgot "hello", forgot "thank you", forgot " have a nice day", etc... Fries were so stale, McDouble had ketchup all over the bun and he passed my drink with liquid all over the outside of the cup!! I asked for napkins and he looked irritated. Next time I will just throw it back through the drivethru window. The place has poor customer service, I will never come back. A&W, here i come!

  The Kaska Road location is completely incompetent. Mistakes at this location are the norm. We’ve learned that when you order drive through, you need to check your bags to ensure your ordered items are correct before you drive away. Today, we ordered two breakfast meals: bacon and egg muffin meal and sausage and egg muffin meal. We checked the bag and everything looked correct. At home, however, we realized they put the wrong sandwich in the wrapper. Instead of a bacon and egg, it was a ham and egg muffin. This has become beyond ridiculous. It’s no longer a matter of checking wrappers before you drive away, you need to open boxes and physically unwrap sandwiches to ensure your order is correct.

  This place has the best coca cola. Every time I get pop here it tastes fresh and has a lot of flavor. No idea how they do it but best coca cola. Lol
