  Never going to the McDonald's on 22 Strathmore here in sherwood again the cashier was incompetent did not get our order correct and when we asked for a supervisor the supervisor didn't even let me speak they yelled at us and said we are refunding your money back your not getting your meals all because they said my wife swore but all she did was get a little frustrated because the cashier kept getting our order wrong so she stepped away for a moment and calmed down and came back. But as soon as the other McDonald's worker was trying to hand me my food the supervisor turned towards them and almost tackled the worker down and said nope they are not getting their food. I feel bad for that one worker he looked scared. Considering the supervisor a person who is supposed to follow McDonald's policy the customer is priority almost tackling the worker down is ridiculous I recommend people go elsewhere this McDonald's doesn't even cook their fries correctly someone can get sick and they always mess up on an order. DO NOT GO THERE unless you wanna get sick or be treated like garbage. If there was way I can put 0 stars i would. It is also a very unsafe place to go I thought the supervisor was going to jump over the counter and hurt me they kept instigating and putting us down. McDonald's ceo really needs to look into who they get to work for them. Because pretty soon someone is going to get killed by how they make their food and someone is going to get hurt by that manager

  My friends and I were peacefully eating our meals we ordered through the drive through while parked in the parking lot. The employees came out multiple times and stared at us, eventually threatening to call the cops on us for “acting suspicious”. We were sober, stayed in the car, were not playing music, and just chatting while eating after a round of golf. This McDonald’s needs to seriously reconsider who they hire. They were rude inside and even messed up one of our orders. Laughable power trip from some of the staff. Will not be going to this location ever again

  Great food and service, but the interior needs an urgent update I had a good experience with the food and the service here. The team is polite and professional, and they hand out orders very quickly. No complaints about the staff at all—they are doing a great job! However, the dining area is in desperate need of renovation. The location is excellent, but the worn-out furniture is disappointing. The seats are ripped and patched up with tape (as seen in the photos). I didn't visit the restroom, but the overall state of the seating area makes me concerned about the general upkeep. Management, you have a great location and a fantastic team. Please take action and refresh the interior to make it a more comfortable environment for your guests!

  I usually try to avoid this location but forgot. Everytime I've been here it has been a mess. Starting with the parking lot. We couldn't find a clean table to sit at and had to ask someone to clean one and the place was empty. The fries were good, fresh and crispy. The burgers were a mess with ingredients thrown all over the place with no care.
