  ⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Terrible Service Tried to place a drive-thru order and the speaker wasn’t working. There was no sign, no notice, and no indication whatsoever that the drive-thru wasn’t functioning properly. We went to the window to let someone know we were there and to place our order. The employee working was extremely rude and completely ignored us. When she finally acknowledged us, she briefly opened the window, then walked away without saying anything and left us standing there. We waited at the window for her to come back and take our order. She never did. After waiting there being completely ignored, we eventually gave up and drove away to another restaurant. We literally left without ordering because the staff couldn’t be bothered to serve us. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and a complete waste of our time. We won’t be back.

  The guy working at front was super friendly. Got a Tuesday special with a poutine. Great deal. Will keep coming back

  6 months ago I thought it was the best in sherwood park.i got a 4 piece box meal and when they handed me the bag the smelled of burnt oil. It had no kfc taste and the gravy tasted like flour. Really disappointed at that place now. I won't be going there any longer.

  I visited KFC food was absolutely delicious, with crispy chicken and great flavor. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned.The portions were satisfying and the service was quick Definitely a tasty experience—I’d happily visit again!
