  This is the best kfc to Eat every time I ordered here then I got fresh chicken and fries popcorn…especially Big Crunch burger is my favourite from this location .. even though in rush time … every team members are friendly and helpful❤️❤️❤️🤘🏻

  I waited over 35 minutes for my bucket of chicken. When it was finally ready, I asked if there was any compensation for the long wait. I was told I could have my money refunded, so I agreed. My credit card was refunded, but then the employee took the bucket of chicken and walked away without explaining that accepting the refund meant I wouldn’t receive the food. I was left shocked and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I wasn’t trying to get something for free—I was simply hoping the restaurant would acknowledge the unusually long wait. Better communication and customer service would have made this experience much more positive.

  I just came from this location like 20minutes ago and i bought 9pcs.chicken and used the coupon that i got from the mailbox,i was told to wait so i assumed that they are cooking a fresh batch but when i got home i was disappointed to see that some of the chicken was not fresh ,aside from it's hard it was a bit dark in color....i always love this location before... but now i won't bother spending almost 30bucks for chicken that was dry and hard....
