- NDNandini D1 day ago1.0Extremely disappointed, I paid extra for cheese on all burgers and they didn’t put cheese on any!! Got takeout so we only saw after we were home and it was so upsetting, especially as a frequent and loyal customer here. The girl was also super messy with the way she was making our burgers and it was a mess when I opened them. Really hoping customer service sees this and provides a resolution for the issue.

Order was placed at about 845. At 905 I had yet to receive my food. I was told that my food would be ready right away. Another 10 minutes passed before my food was finally ready for the toppings. At this point I was beyond frustrated. I did not put any toppings. During my conversation with the server, she asked if I wished to speak with the manager. I declined, stating that there is nothing that they could do to correct this. I stated that they have lost me as a customer. During this long wait, another customer stated that they were in the drive thru and no one acknowledged them to take their order. This is my second review that have submitted as my original was somehow magically deleted..
