Do better DQ. Likely won't go to this location again.

(I believe her name was Erin) Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, she immediately became defensive, gave me a massive attitude, and repeatedly interrupted me. When I explained that I just expected the cake to match the website, she threw her hands in the air and literally said, "We get the pictures sent to us in black and white, so I don't know what color you want. Making it seem like the customer's fault because your location uses black-and-white printers is ridiculous. The complete lack of professionalism, the eye-rolling, and the refusal to even let me finish speaking ruined what should have been a great birthday surprise. The cake department seriously needs better training on basic customer service and accountability.
