  Pancakes ice cold, has happened more than once

  For the 3rd time in the past week they have incorrectly made my order. I won't be ordering from here again.

  Keep in mind this is a McDonald's, so let's keep our expectations in perspective. However, missed 20 nuggets in one order completely after waiting in the drive through for over 15 minutes. The next day we went back and ordered breakfast for 4 people. The order was a complete disaster as everything was wrong as well. Also waited over 15 minutes for this one as well. I called the restaurant and told them about both issues and I could let one go but missing over $20 worth of food in 2 orders is something I can't look past. The manager got my address and was going to "make it right". Well...2 weeks later and still not right. There are some good local kids employed who do a very good job when we've been there though so this the 2 stars for service. Can't imagine this McDonald's will be open long.

  Insanely slow, I’ve been through the drive thru a few times since they’ve opened and it consistently takes 15 to 20 minutes and mess up my order. Save your money or go somewhere instead

  Went there Wednesday morning at 6:30am for breakfast. Ordered 2 burritos, 2 hashbrowns, and an OJ. Paid, then was asked to wait for my food at the next window. Wait while 3 other cars get there food and leave. Get mine. The burritos and the hashbrowns are cold. Drive around. Park and go in. Ask why I waited extra time for cold food? Manager takes the bag, comes back 30 secs later. I check the bag, hot burritos, hashbrowns are still cold. She goes to replace them, and I ask if these were just the same burritos reheated, she says no, they are fresh ones. I leave. The hashbrowns are now almost burnt they are so overcooked. The burrito tortillas are dry and crunchy since I'm sure they were just reheated, and the OJ when I taste it is slightly orange flavored water. I dont understand why I waited longer for cold food. Or why its so hard to make the food hot and fresh when its all on timers. I really hope they get it figured out soon as I am also not the only person from my family who has had a bad experience there. Do better guys.
