  Overstaffed but underperforming. They made my sandwich in such a rush, it looks terrible and tastes nothing like a sub even ew. Horrible job.

  Went in to get a sub and they were overstaffed trying to get a large order in. Each and every sub in the queue was made sloppily. My bread looked manhandled and about to fall apart. Everything was rushed and awful. Would not recommend

  I had a really great experience here recently and wanted to share how impressed I was with the customer service. The staff member who helped me, “Helene”❤️was absolutely wonderful. she greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made the whole visit pleasant. She was very patient while making my order and made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy helping customers, but Helene clearly does. She was attentive, efficient, and handled everything with such professionalism. The sandwich was made perfectly, and the overall experience felt welcoming and comfortable. It’s small interactions like these that really make a difference and keep customers coming back. It’s really amazing to have someone like “Helene”❤️on their team.

  Stopped by here on Saturday, jan 17th to buy food. Had a bad experience, both ladies seemed to have a bad day specially the lady who rang my order, she's very rude.They don't even smile or communicate unless they ask what you want on you sandwiches.
