It took her 5 minutes before she opened it and just handed me the machine, no greetings, no smile. She handed me my Blizzard first, then closed the window. My Blizzard started melting in my cup holder. She finally handed me my food after 15 minutes of waiting at the window. No "thank you" or "good night." She just closed the window as fast as she could, so I left the drive-thru. There was one vehicle behind me at that time. On my way back to my hotel, I grabbed the bag and checked the food; they messed up a simple order (1 combo). I went back; the vehicle that was behind me earlier was still there. I told them it wasn't the right food that I ordered. Two ladies looked at me like I was the one who messed up my order. No apologies from them at all. They handed me the food that took forever to remake, which I didn't want to eat anymore because I lost my appetite after waiting that long. And again, no "thank you" and no "sorry." Like, where are the manners? The service was so slow. I was so disappointed in this location. Maybe it's time for the management to retrain their staff. Not all people have all day to wait for their orders.
