  I've been coming to this DQ ever since it opened, and I noticed over the months the quality has gone downhill, I had one of the chicken burgers there a few weeks ago and had gotten food poisoning in the middle of the night, I had noticed that the inside of my chicken was a little bit pink but I decided to eat it anyways as I thought that maybe it was the lighting or some other factor. I've also noticed that it seems all the people that had been hired at the start are nearly gone now, I'm not sure what's been going on but it's very disappointing how this DQ has gone down in quality, the only things I get there now are blizzards as I do not trust my food to be cooked properly.

  While this DQ does a great job on thier burgers compared to most DQ's the portions are on the small side compared to others and their toppings for ice cream are so minimal. I ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard and even asked for extra cookie dough which I paid more for and only had 3 pieces of cookie dough. I treated my family to ice cream sundaes and they barely had any sauces. When I ordered a chocolate based blizzard the ice cream is always still mostly white and I have to pay extra to have it be actually chocolate like. I live in Redwater and will still drive to the Gibbons DQ location for ice cream which is 20 minutes both ways because they always have plenty of toppings, they have super chocolate ice cream and the portions are way better. I tell people all the time that Gibbons is the best DQ I have ever been too, I just wish it was my town!! I do not like to complain, but when I spend the amount of money per ice cream that I do, I want it to worth it.

  Food always tastes good, the staff are friendly but portions are ridiculous compared to other locations. This was a 4 strip basket. One piece was the size of my thumb. Fries & strips barely cover bottom of the box. Sad. And it’s not a one off, I’ve been here before

  The price is reasonable. Hamburger are good. Lot of room for parking. It very clean inside. Service is reasonable.
